Evening Team Building

Finding a good time to get your team together, outside of the work place, can be challenging. This is something that Darren and Robyn at Independent Adventure understand all too well - days off are precious, and your work is busy. That's why a fun team building evening near Carlisle will work so well. Over the Summer months, there's plenty of daylight to fit in a couple of fun activities after work! 

Just 20 minutes from Carlisle, there's enough time to get to our base, Talkin Adventures, at Talkin Tarn, ready to start your activities by 6pm.  With a range of challenges to suit your desired outcomes, your team will have a brilliant time as they take part in your chosen activities. These events provide a great opportunity to reward your team, whilst bringing them together for a shared experience that can be used to develop a range of key skills. Darren and Robyn will work with you to identify your key outcomes and build a package focused around you, and their experienced team of instructors will deliver a truly memorable event.

After a busy day of work, and one or two exciting (and possibly competitive) activities, we expect you'll be hungry and ready to chill. Robyn will have the barbecue fired up and you can relax around a campfire to finish off the evening. Over the years, Independent Adventure have developed a range of activities to bring out the best in your team. Experienced instructors will tailor your event to suit your group. These evening team building options are a relatively new introduction, which came about following a recent meeting of Carlisle Ambassadors.

We have just completed a Corporate Team building event with Talkin Adventures / Independent Adventure. What a fabulous evening we had raft building and completing a 'Treasure Hunt'. This was followed up with a fabulous BBQ. Thanks so much to Robyn and her team for organising. Will recommend to others.

Visited the tarn tonight for raft building/treasure hunt with 2 teams from work for team building. What a great experience this was and to top it off they put on the best BBQ ever! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to organise a works team building exercise. The staff were also great and so friendly!
