With our unusual stag do ideas in the Eden valley and Lake District’s amazing landscapes and venues; you’ll be spoilt for choice. To cater for your whole group we have a range of activities including archery and raft building. Many of our venues are suited to clay pigeon shooting, which we can arrange. Hill walking is on your doorstep and for the more adventurous crowd; ghyll scrambling, gorge walking or abseiling can be easily arranged. If you’re staying near Carlisle then the ultimate package would include raft building and a range of other activities at Talkin Tarn, followed by axe throwing in Carlisle before a meal and night out.

After a full day of activities, head out to a fantastic Cumbrian pub or three, or stay in with your choice of craft ale supplied from a local brewery and a barbecue (or sit in with a good book).

Arranging a city stag do outside of the Lake District, our activity base at Talkin Adventures, Talkin Tarn Country Park has easy links by road or rail to Newcastle or Carlisle train stations. We will also bring our activities to any suitable venue in the North West of England, Greater Manchester, Glasgow or Liverpool.
