Try out your raft building ideas at Talkin Adventures, just outside of the Lake District in Cumbria. Discover how to build a raft with barrels, large drums, poles, ropes and straps, whilst improving communication, cooperation, leadership and trust within your group of adults or children. Great fun for your group with a real challenge to get them working together.
DEVELOP TEAMWORK THROUGH PROBLEM SOLVING & RAFT BUILDING DESIGNS
The sense of pride and satisfaction as your team build their own raft and then enjoy its maiden voyage together will be incredible. This is a great teamwork exercise. Our experienced instructors will introduce your group to some simple knots and discuss key elements of your raft building designs. We will then be on hand to assist where necessary as your team trust one another to build a solid vessel. Once afloat, we will introduce further fun challenges to build trust and confidence.
